Ingredients
- 5-6 Medium-Sized Boiled Potatoes
- 2-3 Green Chillies, Chopped
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves, Chopped (optional)
- 1 Inch Grated Ginger
- 1 Tbsp HeriMore Amritsari Pindi Chole Masala
- 2 Tsp HeriMore Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp HeriMore Turmeric/Haldi Powder
For Tempering/Tadka:
- Pinch of Hing/Asafetida
- 1 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil/Any Of Your Choice
Instructions
Step 1:
Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, jeera, garlic (optional), green chilli and grated ginger. Sauté until light brown.
Step 2:
Next add in HeriMore's Turmeric/Haldi Powder and diced potatoes and sauté it for 2-3 minutes mixing well with all the other spices.
Step 3:
Add in the chatpata kick with HeriMore Amritsari Pindi Chole Masala and salt to taste. Sauté for a few minutes. Then add in HeriMore Chaat Masala or Amchur powder and sauté for a few more minutes.
Step 4:
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped onions.
