- ½ Kg Tender Mutton Pieces
- ¾ Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Creamy Curd
- 2 Tsp HeriMore Turmeric/Haldi Powder
- 1 Tsp HeriMore Meat Masala
- ½ Tsp HeriMore Red Hot Chilli/Lal Mirch Powder
- 2 Tsp HeriMore Coriander/Dhaniya Powder
- 3 to 4 Chopped Onions
- 3 to 4 Ripe Tomatoes
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 Inch Piece of Ginger
- 7 to 8 Garlic Cloves
- 3-4 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 to 3 Green Cardamoms/Elaichi
- 2 to 3 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf/Tej Pata
- Jeera/Cumin Seeds
- Salt to Taste
- Fresh Coriander Leaves, For Garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, creamy curd, HeriMore's Turmeric/Haldi Powder, HeriMore's Meat Masala, and HeriMore's Red Hot Chilli/Lal Mirch Powder. Mix well and marinate for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
