Ingredients

For Bhaji:
  • 500g - Potatoes, Green Peas, Cauliflower, and Capsicum
  • 2.5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1.5 Tsp Garlic-Green Chilli Paste
  • 3-4 Big Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp HeriMore Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Chilli Powder and Salt to taste
  • Butter, for garnish
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped for garnish
For Pav:
  • 6-8 Pavs
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, Grated/Paste (optional)
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Heri-Infuse Pav Masala Sachet

Instructions

Step 1:

Wash, clean and chop 500g potatoes, green peas, and cauliflower. Add them to a pot of boiling water. Let them simmer and sway until they're tender and ready to mash. Set the mashed vegetables aside.

Step 2:

Heat 2.5 tablespoons of oil in your pan. Chop 3 onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown. Next, add 1.5 teaspoons of garlic-green chilli paste, a fiery tango that will tantalise your taste buds.
