Ingredients
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 7-8 Garlic Cloves, grated/paste
- Chopped Coriander
- 5-6 Tbsp Soft Butter
- Fresh Pav/Bread
- 1.5 Tbsp of HeriMore Pav Bhaji Masala/Heri-Infuse Pav Masala (adjust according to your taste)
- 1 Tsp HeriMore Red Hot Chilli Powder
Instructions for Classic HeriMore Pav Masala Sandwich
Step 1:
In a bowl, mix soft butter, garlic - grated/paste, coriander, and Heri-Infuse Pav Masala.
Step 2:
Slice your pavs/buns/bread from the centre and apply the butter mixture on both sides. Then prepare your veggies by cutting thin slices of potato, tomato, onion, and capsicum.
Step 3:
In a hot pan/tawa/griller, toast the pavs/buns on one side. Then flip the pav and add your sliced veggies and cheese (optional).
Step 4:
Sprinkle salt and Heri-Infuse Pav Masala as per your taste, and serve hot with garlic chutney or tomato ketchup.
Instructions for HeriMore Pav Masala Sandwich with Chili Garlic Chutney
Step 1:
To make Chilli Garlic Chutney: Soak 12-13 Kashmiri chillies in warm water and remove the seeds. Grind the soaked red chillies with 2 cloves of garlic, green chilli, and salt to taste and make a smooth paste. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil. Add jeera, HeriMore Red Hot Chilli Powder, 2 tsp HeriMore Pav Bhaji Masala, salt to taste, black salt and the paste of garlic chilli. Let it cook until it releases oil and your Chilli Garlic Chutney is ready.
Step 2:
Slice the pavs/buns from the centre and apply your freshly prepared Chilli Garlic Chutney on both sides and set it aside. Then prepare your veggies by cutting thin slices of potato, tomato, onion, and capsicum.
Step 3:
In a hot pan/tawa/griller, toast the pavs/buns on one side. Then flip the pav and add your sliced veggies and cheese (optional).
